The Breakaway Difference
Our approach to recruiting is a best-in-class talent acquisition model. We dedicate a Talent Manager to work with you to build a candidate profile and leverage the hiring experience of your Outsourced VP of Sales (when applicable). In our model, you pay a fixed fee, not a fee based on compensation. We produce three qualified sales candidates who are often currently employed. Our Talent Managers are not compensated on placement, and therefore are not coaching candidates on what to say to get the job. We guarantee you will make a hire. If you do not hire one of our candidates, we will produce additional candidates to you for the role. Additionally, if you make a hire that doesn’t work out, we will replace them at no additional cost within the first 90 days of employment.
